When you submit the form on this site, we collect: your full name, business email address, phone number, and your answers to the qualification questions. We also automatically collect your IP address and browser/device information.
We use your information to evaluate your business for our pay-per-lead partner program and to contact you about next steps, including scheduling a call. We also use it to follow up with you by SMS, email, or phone, and for internal record-keeping and fraud/duplicate-detection purposes.
Your information is kept internal to our sales team. We also share it with the service providers who help us operate this site and process leads: Airtable (database), Twilio (SMS), Mailgun (email), and n8n (workflow automation). We do not sell your information to data brokers.
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and as required by law.
