This site is operated by Catalyst Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in Minnesota ("we," "us," "our").
When you submit the form on this site, we collect: your full name, business email address, phone number, and your answers to the qualification questions. We also automatically collect your IP address and browser/device information.
We use your information to evaluate your business for our pay-per-lead partner program and to contact you about next steps, including scheduling a call. We also use it to follow up with you by SMS, email, or phone, and for internal record-keeping and fraud/duplicate-detection purposes.
Your information is kept internal to our sales team. We also share it with the service providers who help us operate this site and process leads: Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), Mailgun (email), n8n (workflow automation), GoHighLevel (text messages about your call), Cal.com (call booking: your name, email and phone number are passed to the booking page, and Cal.com holds the booking), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, described below). We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This site uses the Meta Pixel, and we use Meta's Conversions API, to measure and improve our ads. The Pixel sets Meta cookies and sends Meta your page views, your IP address and browser details, and the fact that you submitted the form. When you submit the form we also send Meta your name, email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encoded) form, so Meta can match the submission to the ad you saw. We do not send Meta your answers to the qualification questions.
Site analytics. We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., US servers) to count page views and which survey step visitors reach. It sets a first-party cookie and receives your IP address and browser details; it does not receive the answers, name, phone number or address you type.
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, and as required by law.
