Catalyst Master Service Terms

Version MST-2026-10-06 ยท Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to every business that buys leads from Catalyst Consulting USA ("Catalyst", "we", "us"). The business named on the payment page ("you") accepts them, together with its Deal Schedule, when it submits payment.

1. Your Deal Schedule

Your Deal Schedule is the package shown on the payment page and recorded under its deal reference (for example CD-20261006-ABC123): the number of leads, the trade, the territory, the price per lead and the pack size. If these terms and your Deal Schedule ever disagree, the Deal Schedule wins.

2. What we do

We run our own advertising to homeowners in your territory, screen every request, and deliver the ones that qualify to you. We pay for the advertising. We are a marketing company, not a contractor: we don't quote, sell or perform any work for homeowners.

3. What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead is a homeowner request for your trade, in your territory, that has passed our checks when we deliver it:

  • the person says they own the home, and the home is a house or manufactured home;
  • it includes a name, a phone number and the project address;
  • the phone number has passed our phone check; and
  • it is not a repeat of a homeowner we have already sent you.

Requests that fail these checks are not delivered to you and are never charged. Only delivered leads count toward your package and your billing.

4. Exclusive leads and your territory

Every lead we deliver to you goes to you alone. We don't sell or share it with any other company. While your account is active and paid, we don't sell leads for your trade in your territory to anyone else. Your territory is the area listed on your Deal Schedule (for example ZIP codes, or a city and radius).

5. Delivery

We deliver leads by text message, email or into your CRM, as agreed at onboarding, usually within minutes of the homeowner's request. Keep the contact details we deliver to up to date. A lead counts as delivered once we have sent it to the destination you gave us.

6. Price, packs and payment

  • You pay the price per lead on your Deal Schedule. There is no setup fee or monthly fee, and we cover the advertising.
  • Leads are billed in packs (10 leads unless your Deal Schedule says otherwise). The first pack is charged at checkout.
  • You authorise us to charge the card saved at checkout for the next pack each time a pack's worth of leads has been delivered. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.
  • If a charge fails, we pause deliveries until it goes through. Leads already delivered stay payable.
  • Prices change only by a new Deal Schedule that you accept.

7. Length of the agreement and stopping

Your Deal Schedule sets the number of leads you are buying. After those leads, deliveries and packs continue on the same terms until you tell us in writing to stop, by email to marc@catalystconsultingusa.com. A stop takes effect at the end of the pack in progress.

We may pause or end the service with notice by email, for example if a payment fails, our advertising is restricted, or these terms are broken. If we end it ourselves for a reason that is not your fault, we pay back the price of any leads you have paid for and not received.

8. If a lead looks wrong

Email us within 7 days of delivery with the lead and what's wrong. We review every report by hand and reply with what we found. Any adjustment is at our discretion.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Contact your leads promptly. Speed matters more than anything else in how many become jobs.
  • Use leads only to offer your own services in your trade. Don't resell, share or pass them to anyone else.
  • When you call or text homeowners, follow the laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do Not Call rules and state telemarketing laws, and honour every opt-out.
  • Hold the licences and insurance your trade requires, and deal honestly with the homeowners we send you.
  • Keep homeowner information secure and use it only for that homeowner's project.

10. Homeowner consent

Each homeowner agrees to be contacted about their request before we deliver the lead. Where we show your business name, the consent names you. We keep a record of the consent text each homeowner agreed to and will provide it on request.

11. Your name and brand

With your permission, we may show homeowners in your territory your business name, logo, Google rating and the number you call from, so they know who is calling. You confirm you have the right to let us use them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

12. No guarantee of results

Lead volumes, contact rates, appointments and sales vary, and much of the result depends on how fast and how well your team works each lead. We don't guarantee any particular number of leads in a period, or any particular outcome.

13. Independent businesses

You and we are independent businesses. Neither is the other's employee, agent or partner. You alone are responsible for your quotes, pricing, workmanship and warranties.

14. Disclaimer

Except as these terms say, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from how you contact or deal with the homeowners we send you, or from the work you perform.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email you before a change, and it applies to packs charged 30 days or more after that email. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your deal.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
